Who am I?

My name is Sarah Dellar, and I am a native English speaker, who has lived and worked in The Netherlands for almost 30 years. During this time I have trained and coached in many different organisations, working within The Netherlands and around the world. I set up Dellar Direct 12 years ago to provide training and coaching  for those people who are required to communicate in English in the workplace.  I also speak Dutch.

I offer training that encompasses the important elements of intercultural communication together with specific communication skills.  This means that I design training  that is tailor made to suit the requirements  of  the target group or individual. Motivating through training is a passion that I am committed to. Training and coaching provide an  insight into the world of communication, both personal and work orientated. I am able to create a training atmosphere that is secure but also challenging, participants have the ability to learn to their maximum potential.
